• Comment: After paying in full, yet not being able to reach the company for completion date of quoted items, I pursued attempts to receive monies overpaid sent back to me. I sent emails and pictures to Allstate Ins. and got their their assistance in getting overpayment of funds for work unfinished by Chenal returned to me .....after Allstate got involved, Chenal settled with me. Chenal Restoration returned $3,031.74 to me for work not performed. How did this happen? Allstate made a check payable to BOTH myself and to Chenal for agreed total work to be performed by that company. Therefore, one of us had to sign it over to the other. My advice is never sign over insurance funds prior to job completion. I had an unpleasant experience.
